Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Services

Inter-County plan members access the AmeriHealth Administrators network. Our EDI Services enable you to submit claims electronically and view the HIPAA Companion Guides.

The EDI Trading Partner Business Center is a resource for trading partners. On this site, you can register to submit and receive transactions and access additional information and reference material about submitting transactions through Highmark (Highmark Gateway).

New Trading Partners

If you are a new trading partner who would like to register to submit claims electronically, please visit the EDI Trading Partner Business Center. On this site you can register, electronically accept a Trading Partner Agreement, and receive your DataStream Trading Partner ID and new logon credentials.

Technical Requirements

Practice management systems include EDI interfaces, providing a mechanism for submitting claims electronically to AmeriHealth Administrators. Here is the information you’ll need to submit claims to AmeriHealth Administrators electronically:
